Dallas's Knox/Henderson neighborhood is home to two Camden apartment communities – Camden Belmont and Camden Henderson. Both communities offer modern finishes and various floor plan layouts in one prime location.

Here are my top three reasons to choose a Camden apartment home in the Knox/Henderson neighborhood!

Restaurants – The few blocks around Camden Belmont and Camden Henderson have nearly every type of restaurant you may want. Knox Avenue offers Tex-Mex favorite Chuy’s, as well as the brand-new upscale French and Italian spot Mister Charles, and the chic neighborhood coffee bar and grocery store Berkley’s Market. Henderson Avenue offers the elevated yet cozy Gemma, eclectic seafood spot Shell Shack, and multiple neighborhood bars and lounges. The area is also home to three Dallas pizza staples – Pie Tap, Sfuzzi, and Zalat.

Accessibility – Anytime you drive through the Knox/Henderson neighborhood, you’re likely to see multiple people out and about. Whether heading out to meet up with friends, walking the dog, or getting in a workout, Knox/Henderson is a perfect neighborhood for a quick stroll. Nestled just a few blocks from both communities, Cochran Park includes a spacious, tree-covered area with a walking trail, playground, and tennis court.

The popular Dallas Katy Trail passes right through the neighborhood, just a short one mile away from both Camden Henderson and Camden Belmont. Both communities are also about half a mile from I-75 highway access that takes you through the heart of Dallas. Whatever you need is just outside your door!

Growth – The Knox/Henderson neighborhood has steadily grown over the past 5-10 years and isn’t done yet! Various new restaurants and businesses have joined the neighborhood recently, and more are being built today. With proximity to other popular Dallas neighborhoods, including the M Streets and Lower Greenville, and easy access to the North Central Expressway, the neighborhood has continued to expand and build up.
